Dinner or Lunch: 4-courses menu 70€ pp (including a pre-dinner apéritif, coffee/tea/water).
Lunch: menu 35€pp (entrée/maincourse or maincourse/dessert, tea/coffee/water)
Wine: from our extensive cellar and liqueurs will be charged extra.
Entrées: Burgundy snails; Shrimp soup; Gravad Lax; Smoked salmon; Carpaccio; Gazpacho; Tomatoes mozarella; Foie gras; Melon; Scallops.
Maincourses: Filet of veal; Breast of duc à l’espelette; Gamba’s; Filet of beef; Filet of Cod; Risotto with porcini mushrooms or scallops; Quiche Lorraine; Salmon&spinach pie; ‘Hamburger La Borde”.
Desserts: Pear pie; Walnut cake; Chocolat mousse; Lemon meringue pie; Chocolat fondant; Pavlova; Fruit salad; Sorbets/Icecream; Rum baba.
For late arrivals and to save you the inconvenience of leaving La Borde if you did not make dinner réservations, we propose « Petits Plats Meunier », ready in fifteen minutes, which are steam-cooked dishes in order to keep nutritional properties of the recipe. Please ask the menu card upon arrival.
